She previously served as Vice President and Chief People Officer at Revol Greens, North America’s largest greenhouse lettuce grower, and held corporate HR leadership roles at US Foods, a $28 billion national distributor.
She holds an MBA from William & Mary and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Crews will oversee enterprise workforce strategy, including recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, compliance systems, and organizational design. Her mandate aligns directly with ReadyOne’s modernization, automation, and growth initiatives, ensuring that people systems, culture, and alignment to values evolve alongside production capacity.
