She previously served as Vice President and Chief People Officer at Revol Greens, North America’s largest greenhouse lettuce grower, and held corporate HR leadership roles at US Foods, a $28 billion national distributor.

She holds an MBA from William & Mary and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Crews will oversee enterprise workforce strategy, including recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, compliance systems, and organizational design.
