ReadyOne Attends State of Education & Workforce Event

ReadyOne Industries recently attended the State of Education & Workforce hosted by the El Paso Chamber, joining education, business, and workforce leaders for an important conversation about preparing the region for the future.

The event highlighted the critical connection between education and workforce development and the role that collaboration plays in preparing individuals for employment opportunities while supporting the evolving needs of employers throughout the El Paso region.

As one of El Paso’s longstanding employers, ReadyOne understands the importance of developing a strong local workforce and creating pathways that connect people with meaningful employment opportunities.

ReadyOne continues to build relationships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, and community partners throughout the region. These partnerships help strengthen connections between education and industry while creating opportunities to introduce individuals to careers in manufacturing and other areas of ReadyOne’s operations.

Attending the State of Education & Workforce provided another opportunity for ReadyOne to listen, learn, and engage with organizations working toward a shared goal: strengthening El Paso’s workforce and preparing the next generation for the opportunities ahead.
