ReadyOne Industries was proud to have our mission represented in Washington, D.C., as our CEO, Craig Wellons, participated in the SourceAmerica Texas Fly-In on Capitol Hill. The Fly-In brought together leaders from nonprofit federal contractors across Texas to meet directly with members of Congress and their staff. These conversations created an important opportunity to share the impact of our work and to reinforce why mission-driven manufacturing matters—not only in El Paso, but across Texas and throughout the nation.
At ReadyOne, supporting the warfighter is not just part of what we do—it is a responsibility we take seriously. Through compliant, mission-critical manufacturing, we help ensure service members have the equipment they need to perform their duties safely and effectively. At the same time, our work creates meaningful, stable employment opportunities right here in El Paso, strengthening families, building skills, and contributing to our regional economy.
During meetings on Capitol Hill, ReadyOne and fellow nonprofit leaders advocated for programs and policies that sustain domestic manufacturing, support workforce development, and preserve opportunities for organizations that deliver both operational excellence and social impact. These discussions were a reminder that not everyone does the work ReadyOne does—and that our impact reaches far beyond our facility walls.
We are grateful for the opportunity to advocate, educate, and share our story with Texas leaders at the national level. Moments like these reaffirm the importance of our mission and the responsibility we carry to serve the warfighter, our employees, and our community—one stitch at a time.
Proud to stand for El Paso. Proud to support those who serve.
