Honoring the impact and talent of our workforce
This October, ReadyOne Industries proudly took part in National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a nationwide celebration recognizing the contributions of employees with disabilities in the workplace.
For more than 40 years, ReadyOne has remained committed to creating meaningful job opportunities for individuals with disabilities while producing high-quality garments and products for the U.S. military. Today, more than 75% of our workforce is made up of employees with disabilities whose remarkable skills help strengthen national defense and drive El Paso’s economic success.
Throughout the month, our teams joined together for a lineup of themed activities that showcased creativity, teamwork, and the strong sense of community that defines ReadyOne:

Silly Hat & Silly Hair Day – A bright and cheerful kickoff that brought plenty of fun to the production floor.
Superhero & Villain Day – A reminder that every employee is a hero through their dedication and contributions.
Western Day – A joyful day of cowboy hats, boots, and even a special visit from a horse that delighted the entire facility.
Jersey Day & Employee Appreciation Raffle – We wrapped up the celebration by sporting our favorite teams and raffling gift cards as a gesture of appreciation.
These moments highlighted what’s most important at ReadyOne: our people. Their passion, pride, and partnership fuel our mission every day.
At ReadyOne, we believe ability is defined by opportunity, and that every individual deserves the chance to succeed, contribute, and grow. Celebrating NDEAM is one of the many ways we honor that commitment and continue building a stronger community for all.
