ReadyOne Welcomes Lincoln Smith as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

We’re proud to announce the appointment of Lincoln C. Smithas Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at ReadyOne Industries.

With over 18 years of experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, Lincoln brings a wealth of knowledge in Lean implementation, high-performance leadership, and strategic growth. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects, automated packaging systems, and driven significant improvements in efficiency and output at companies like Flagstone Foods and Sunrise Confections. Most recently, he served as a consultant helping manufacturers across the Americas transform their operations.

In his new role, Lincoln will oversee all aspects of ReadyOne’s daily operations—including our garment and corrugated production facilities. He’ll be leading our Lean transformation using tools like 5S, Visual Factory, and Kaizen to optimize workflows, improve quality, and enhance the employee experience. His focus will be on aligning our operational strategy with our mission: to deliver exceptional safety gear to the U.S. military while creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities.
