El Paso, TX – May 27, 2025 — ReadyOne Industries is proud to announce a dynamic shift in its Board of Directors, ushering in a new era of leadership committed to inclusive employment, community advancement, and national service.
Meet Our New Board Chair and Vice Chair
Eduardo Monarez has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors. Formerly serving as Board Secretary, Monarez brings decades of leadership across the public and private sectors, with a deep focus on community engagement, innovation, and growth.
“I am humbled and honored to step into the role of Board Chair at such a pivotal time for ReadyOne,” said Monarez. “Our mission of economic inclusion is more important than ever. I look forward to working with our talented board and leadership team to drive economic growth in El Paso and the region.”
Joining him as Vice Chair is Joyce Wilson, a seasoned public servant and current board member of Roicom, ReadyOne’s for-profit subsidiary. Wilson is well known for her service as El Paso’s first city manager and CEO of Workforce Solutions Borderplex.
“I’m proud to be part of the dedicated team at ReadyOne—a significant local company and large employer—supporting its critical mission to our military and employees with disabilities,” said Wilson.
Welcoming Two New Board Members
ReadyOne is also pleased to welcome two distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors:

Tracy Yellen, CEO of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation, brings her philanthropic leadership and deep experience in nonprofit development to the board.
“I am honored to join the board of ReadyOne Industries—an important nonprofit that is making significant contributions to economic development and opportunities for people with disabilities in our community,” said Yellen.

Lynn Coyle, a respected civil rights attorney, joins with a lifetime of legal expertise and a passionate commitment to equity and opportunity.
“ReadyOne is a vital manufacturing entity in El Paso, providing employment opportunities to many who have been limited in their access to quality work. Our workers produce products that support our military and keep troops safe. I am honored to join the ReadyOne team,” said Coyle.
Thanking Our Outgoing Leadership
With deep appreciation, ReadyOne recognizes the outstanding contributions of Carmen Arrieta-Candelaria, outgoing Board Chair, and Brad Davis, outgoing Vice Chair. Their leadership has been instrumental in guiding the organization through growth and transformation. Ms. Arrieta-Candelaria will continue to serve as an ex-officio board member.
“This is a moment of growth and gratitude,” said Craig Wellons, President and CEO of ReadyOne Industries. “We are excited for the leadership and vision Ed, Joyce, Tracy, and Lynn bring to the table, and we thank Carmen and Brad for shaping who we are today. Their dedication helped position ReadyOne as a vital force for economic impact in El Paso and a standard of excellence in national security.”
