Showcasing Local Manufacturing Strength
and Inclusive Workforce Opportunities.

ReadyOne Industries is proud to welcome the Mayor of El Paso and members of his executive team for a guided facility tour on Tuesday, September 24, 2025, at our campus on 1414 Ability Drive.
The visit will provide an inside look at our high-volume production of protective uniforms and gear for the U.S. military—work that not only supports our nation’s defense, but also fuels economic opportunity here in El Paso. As a mission-driven manufacturer, ReadyOne is committed to creating meaningful employment for individuals with significant disabilities and ensuring they
have access to essential workforce resources and support.
During the tour, city leadership will spend time on the production floor to see firsthand how ReadyOne’s team delivers exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency. Once the tour concludes, employees will have the chance to meet and engage with the Mayor’s team as shifts transition.
“We are honored to host the Mayor and his team,” said Craig Wellons, President & CEO of ReadyOne Industries. “ReadyOne represents what’s possible when purpose meets performance—building national defense capability while strengthening El Paso’s workforce and economic future.”
ReadyOne Industries thanks the City of El Paso for their continued commitment to advancing local manufacturing and inclusive employment initiatives. We look forward to meaningful conversations and future collaboration to support the region’s growth and innovation.
