Although electronic data breaches are what drive many headlines, the fact remains that many sensitive documents are stored as hard copies. Banks, hospitals, law offices, and government departments each handle thousands of pages of private and classified information. ReadyOne’s ISO 9001 certified management services provide unmatched security, reliability, and peace of mind to our customers throughout the southwestern United States.
Our full-service storage center features 24/7/365 video surveillance. The facility is climate controlled for fire control and suppression as well as for protection against the elements and pests. Each box and file is bar-coded, tracked, and monitored – with validation available against retention dates. Document pickup is performed by uniformed ReadyOne employees in marked vehicles with GPS tracking to enable clients to use online tools to manage files as if they were still in house. We also transport documents directly to our destruction center for shredding.
ReadyOne provides three levels of storage and retention service:
- Standard service – Next working day delivery
- Rush service – Three working hours delivery
- Emergency service – One-hour delivery
