ReadyOne Industries is home to a fully functional tool room, complete with:

• Kent metal cutting lathe
• Bridgeport milling machines (X2)
• Surface grinders (X2)
• Sinker EDM (electro-discharge machine)
• Heat-treating oven
• Optical comparator
• Tool sharpening equipment

This equipment affords us the ability to make our own sewing guides, templates, sewing kits, fixtures, gages, and workaids for manufacturing. In addition, we can refurbish blades, cutters, anvils, punches, etc used on any brand of sewing machine. Lastly, we can make custom configurations of any standard tooling required of M&D contracts.
