The Rapid Prototype Development Process at ReadyOne Industries is as follows:
- Receipt of design sketch, patterns, instructions from customer
- Develop initial prototype sketches and design criteria
- Develop fit measurements
- Develop preliminary prototype pattern (w/ customer)
- Sew initial prototype
- Verify construction and measurements
- Make necessary adjustments
- Finalize prototype
- Document measurements and construction
- Ship prototype to customer for review
- Receive customer review and critique
- Make necessary adjustments and finalize pattern (w/ customer)
- Produce full size range of prototypes
- Verify measurements and construction
- Produce complete order
- Ship to customer
