Tom Ahmann, Chief Executive Officer
Tom assumed leadership of ReadyOne Industries in July 2007, bringing with him a wealth of
experience in executive management, product development, marketing, sales, and production.
With the assistance of an active board of directors and a diligent executive team, Tom has
spearheaded new business initiatives and streamlined the operations in existing businesses. His
leadership has been critical in developing the very best in quality, performance and on-time
deliveries that ReadyOne brings to their federal government and local customers.
Prior to joining ReadyOne Industries, Tom was President of Ahmann Consulting Services where
he served clients in the U.S. and European denim industry. He is a former president of the
South West Apparel and Textile Manufacturers Association and Coronado Country Club in El Paso.
Tom graduated from the University of Minnesota with an AA degree.
Cynthia Deharo, Vice President-Director of Product Development
Cynthia is a native of Texas who lives in El Paso. She has more than 25 years of professional
experience, having held several executive positions in the industry. During the course of her
career, through ongoing education and experience, she has developed a broad knowledge of
operations and business management. Her record of performance demonstrates her ability to lead
organizations to success.
Cynthia has served in executive positions in logistics, in sourcing, in finance and in
manufacturing. She has been responsible for companies in McAllen, Texas, San Francisco,
California, San Antonio, Texas, Sacramento, California and most recently El Paso.
Russell Gibson, Vice President-Chief Financial Officer
Russell joined ReadyOne in 2006, bringing over 30 years of financial and operational
expertise in diverse industries, with an emphasis on finance, accounting, contract
negotiation and strategic business planning. With over 15 years of experience as a CFO, Russell
has worked for some of El Paso’s top manufacturing companies including apparel manufacturing
and distribution, public utilities, footwear and personal care products. He has worked
with companies with sales ranging from $7 million to $500 million.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Texas A & M
University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and belongs to the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPAs, Association of the United States
Army and the Rotary Club of El Paso.
Wes Schotten, SPHR, Director of Human Resources & Compliance
Wes joined ReadyOne in May 2010. After graduation from The Ohio State University, he spent six years as a US Air Force officer and pilot, and is a Vietnam veteran. After obtaining a masters degree from Texas Christian University in 1976, he began a thirty-three year career in manufacturing and consulting, mostly in El Paso, and in Mexico and Japan where he held various senior management and consulting positions in human resources, quality management, and plant management for several large El Paso manufacturers in the footwear, high-tech electronics and automotive parts industries. He was trained in Japan on the Toyota Production System (lean manufacturing) and Japanese management methods. He is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR).
