TITLE: IT Technician

Hours: Mon-Thur 7:00am to 5:00pm Friday 8:00am –12:00pm
Support the technology needs of the ReadyOne Industries IT user community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed on the job analysis are representative of the skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or 5 years related job experience.
Experience: 2 years of related experience servicing Help Desk functions.
Specific Skills: English and Spanish proficiency required with effective oral and written skills. Good technical knowledge of Windows 7 Pro operating system, PC hardware/peripherals, basic networking, and common office applications. Knowledge of printing and printer queues, Active Directory and server functions.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: A+ Certification Helpful
Other Skills and Abilities: Good oral and written communication skills required. Customer service experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, Windows Servers, Printer queues, MFP’s, Cell Phones, and Tablets.
Physical Demands: Frequently sits, bends, kneels, and reaches out with hands/arms. Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to or more than 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work Environment: Office/warehouse environment.
