Leonard A. Goodman |

Leonard A.
Goodman is a resident of El Paso. He has served
as Chairman of the Board of ReadyOne Industries
since the Spring of 2006. Mr. Goodman graduated
for Arizona State University with a BA in
History in 1974 and has held successful
positions throughout his career. He is currently
the President and CEO of Goodman Financial
Group.
Mr. Goodman
has served the Community of El Paso through
various community organizations such as the Sun
Bowl Executive committee, The El Paso Guidance
Center, The City Charter Commission, the YMCA
Board, Junior Achievement of El Paso Board, Paso
Del Norte Board, just to name a few. In
addition, he has received numerous recognitions
such as the National Management Award General
Agents and managers, the Management Builder
Award John Hancock and the Member of President’s
Conference John Hancock Production Award. |

Merritt Hamilton Allen |

Merritt
Hamilton Allen is a resident of Tijeras, New
Mexico. She is a former Navy Officer who held
several challenging assignments during her
military career such as public affairs officer
in the Republic of the Philippines, Internal
Relations Manager for the Navy Recruiting
Command Center, Public Affairs Officer for the
Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth. She
graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the
University of Notre Dame in 1991. In 1997 she
accepted a position at the Pentagon in
Washington, D.C. as Account Supervisor for the
National News Desk. In 1999, she became the
Director of Communications for CES, Inc in
Alexandria, Virginia. At the same time, serving
as Director of Public Relations for the Veterans
Corporation. She is now a public relations and
corporate communications executive with Vox
Optima, LLC a full-spectrum PR and Communication
service firm she successfully launched in
January 2005. Some of her professional
affiliations are: Women in Defense, U.S. Navy
League, Public Relations Society of America,
National Defense Industrial Association and the
Naval Order of the United States. |

Martin A. Berkowitz |

Marty
Berkowitz, Chief Financial Officer brings a
wealth of knowledge and experience to the
ChildNet team. Marty has over 30 years of
experience in finance and financial management
in the private sector. Twenty five of those
years were spent with Prudential. During the
last four years of his tenure, he served as the
Comptroller of the company. Prior to joining
ChildNet, Marty was the CFO and later the CEO
for The National Veterans Business Development
Corporation, a congressionally chartered
non-profit that helps veterans, and in
particular service-disabled veterans start and
grow their own businesses. He also served as CFO
for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the fourth
largest public school district in the country.
Marty earned his Bachelor degree in Accounting
from the University of Massachusetts and
received his MBA from St. John's University.
As Chief Financial Officer, Marty
oversees Finance, Information Technology,
Purchasing, Revenue Maximization and Facilities
Management departments. |

Arthur J. Gregg |

Lt. General
Arthur J. Gregg is a native of South Carolina
who now lives in Dumfries, Virginia. He was
elected to the ReadyOne Board of Directors in
2006.
General Gregg
has more than fifty years of professional
experience, having held senior level command and
staff positions in the military and several
executive positions in industry. During the
course of his career, through ongoing education
and experience, he has developed a broad
knowledge of military operations and business
management. His record of performance
demonstrates his ability to lead organizations
to success. He is well known in the military
services and in the business community.
General
Gregg’s last two military assignments were in
the Pentagon; he served as the Director for
Logistics in the Organization of the Joint
Chiefs of Staff, and later as the Army’s Deputy
Chief of Staff for Logistics. Following his
retirement from the Army in 1981, he served in
executive positions in cable television, in
manufacturing and in computer technology. His
last private sector assignment was President and
Chief Executive Officer, James Martin Government
Intelligence.
In 1996,
General Gregg retired from active management,
but continues an active schedule as a member of
several corporate and academic boards. He chairs
three of these boards. He also served as the
Honorary Colonel of the Quartermaster Regiment,
helping to inspire its members through a better
understanding of its history and heritage. |
